Liver biopsy: I believe with history you need a liver biopsy to fully evaluate the damage your liver has undergone.

Many potential cause: Liver enzymes can go up due to hepatitis caused from one of many causes like excess of alcohol use, viral hepatitis, fatty liver in an overweight person and then some rare conditions which are familial/hereditary. Your primary care doctor can sort it all out for you.. A hepatologist is a specialist in case you wanted further advice.
