Yes: While stress is a normal part of life, stress that is not managed well can be harmful to your health. Besides making you feel bad and leading to anxiety, stress that is not managed well can cause your heart to race, your blood pressure to elevate and can lead to earlier heart disease and stroke. It is important to learn how to manage stress and a good provider, counselor, pastor, etc. Can help.

Can be...: It is well known that extreme stress can cause a heart attack, or a stroke, or maybe it will cause you to do something you might regret later. Thus, get some help to control this stress if you can't do it on your own....It is often hard to do. Good luck.

Shaking episodes: It sounds like you are having anxious episodes (anxiety), these are worry episodes of unresolved feelings you are having. Many people have these and are self limited most of the time. Try to think of the causes and try to solve the problems rather than suppressing your feelings. When you least expect, your feelings return causing the symptoms you are having. If this becomes a problem see your doc.
