Unlikely: Some arrythmia is common. Usually atrial not arrest. Continue good choices: non smoking weight control cv training and careful followup.

MV prolapse: Cardiac arrest is highly unlikely. More imortantly, you need serial follow up with echo to rule out progression of the disease. Surgery is indicated only if regurgitation worsens.
