No : Rib pain on inhalation is likely musculoskeletal or pleural. The main symptom of pulmonary hypertension is shortness of breath. Currently you are not on any pulm hypertension therapy. A right heart cat and other studies are neeed to determine your cause of pulm hypertension and subsequent treatment.
