Is it possible to have pulmonary hypertension if you have a normal chest x-ray with scoliosis?

Yes: Pulmonary hypertension is diagnosed by echocardiography and confirmed by a right heart catheterization. It is not diagnosed by chest x ray. Why would you even consider this diagnosis at age 19?
