Medications: This is a complex issue. I'm guessing here that your pulmonary HTN is due to sleep apnea. Your CPAP pressure might need to be adjusted, maybe masked changed. Depending on your condition's severity, you might need certain medications to lower pressure in your lungs. If overweight, i would strongly suggest mild to moderate exercise with targeted weight loss thru diet.
