Combat related PTSD: I'm note sure what the current recommendations are. But from my own previous experience, the vietman and desert storm vets who had stayed in long term psycho-therapy fared out the best. Talk therapy with a professional is probably the best treatment modality for this problem +/- anti-depressants with anxiolytic properties. Knowing that we deeply appreciate your dedication may help with coping.

PTSD: Anti-depressants like prozac, zoloft, (sertraline) Celexa are typically provided but an assessment should first take place by a qualified mental health professional who is veteran in treating ptsd. Ask your doctor for a referral. Best wishes.
