At Rest?: Well, let's assume that you're at rest and not during or immediately after exercise. The difference (called a pulse pressure) is usually ~40. When it's chronically above 100 is where we usually start asking questions about how it got there. Usual culprits are artery stiffness, aortic valve disease, thyroid issues and something called "shunts" or "avms." at your level, i'd say you're a healthy 25yo.
