Not POT: In pots, your blood pressure falls when you stand up. It's normal for your blood pressure to go up when you stand. For the most accurate results, wait 2 minutes after changing positions before checking your bp. What you have reported here is not serious, though with all those procedures you have been through, i suspect there is more to the story.
