Possible abscess: You may have an infected tooth. The only way to know for sure is to visit with a dentist. If you do not have a dentist i would suggest your looking online for a reputable dentist with many very good patient reviews. I wish i could give you a definitive answer but i really cannot. Your best bet is to actually visit with a dentist.

Infection: This most likely is an infection and you need to see a dentist for treatment. You still need treatment even id there is not pain. The reason that you do not feel pain may be that there is drainage so the swelling and pressure does not build up. See a dentist.

Fistula: Appears you may have a draining abscess. No pain since the fluid/pressure is draining. Good idea to have your dentist examine the area to see if it is dental in origin. If so, you will be given your treatment options.

Gum fistula: is a sign that there is chronic painless infection and your body is draining it out. Unlike some other types of infection, a chronic gum abscess will not get better on its own. See your dentist for definitive diagnosis and treatment. Good luck.
