Pregnancy: Causes the breast to swell and of course if you breast fed, they would have remained enlarged. Once the pregnancy or breastfeeding is finished, the breast will become smaller. The supporting ligaments can breakdown during this time and thus allow the breasts to not maintain the shape they once had.
