Exam: There is such a thing as a prolapsed cervix that can happen after delivery. You would need a doctor to perform an exam to diagnose this. There are things that can be done surgically to lift up the cervix if in fact it is prolapsing. Again a gynecologist can answer this for you. I'm sorry you're in pain, making appointment with your gynecologist.

Pelvic relaxation: After having children, the ligaments that support the uterus (and cervix along with it) can be less strong than before, and for some women their pelvic organs (uterus, bladder, etc) can 'fall' (or prolapse). The fact that your delivery was relatively recent (and the fact that you are still breastfeeding), means you may get some improvement in this 'stretching' over time. It doesn't sound worris.
