Might be...: If you are not experiencing pain, redness or tender mass on your breast this is most likely normal breast milk changes. Some women may experience excessive milk production and you may leak while not feeding the baby. Also by this time your breast milk composition is different and thicker in order to provide the appropriate nutrients your baby needs.
