?breastfeeding: If you are breastfeeding, and using one breast more than the other etc, that may be normal. You want to make sure you use both breasts for feeding as the milk production (and subsequent engorgement and enlargement) is stimulated by such. See you gyn to discuss and get an eval to be safe.
