Can you prevent colitis from topical clyndamycin, by taking a probiotic? how long do you have to take it to be at risk ? is tretinoin alone good ?

Minimal risk: Topical Clindamycin is not very well absorbed, so risk of colitis is minuscule. Topical treinoin will treat all kinds of acne, but if you have a lot of redness and or pustules, a topi9cal antibiotic in combination will work better.
