Vicious cycle: Cheek biting is usually the result of a nervous habit. Once you bite your cheeks, they become inflamed and makes it more likely for you to bite them again as they are now closer to your teeth. Try to be conscious of your cheek biting and eat slowly. With some effort, it should resolve on its own. See your dentist for an evaluation and make an effort to reduce your stress.
