Cheek Biting: Good evening; Continued biting of the cheek will cause pain, irritation and ulcers; however, cancer will not occur. You may have a very tender cheek, and require oral topical gels. Try to develop a technique where by you gently pull on you cheek in an outward manner, before bringing your teeth together. Tobacco chewing is entirely different- chewin tobacco may lead to oral carcinoma.
