Especially if dose is too high. Discuss with your prescriber.

Mouth sores and pain especially if over most of the mouth with peeling can be due to a serious reaction called Stevens-Johnson syndrome which has been reported. If you are having just a few sores and it is not spreading that is not likely. But Adderal can cause teeth grinding (bruxisum) and a dry mouth, which can cause sores. You need to talk to your doc today cuz of extreme pain!

The jaw clenching and grinding of teeth, as well as nocturnal bruxism is a known side effect of Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). See your dentist for oral habit appliance fabrication.
