Possible: Especially if dose is too high. Discuss with your prescriber.

Get checked.quickly: Mouth sores and pain especially if over most of the mouth with peeling can be due to a serious reaction called Stevens-Johnson syndrome which has been reported. If you are having just a few sores and it is not spreading that is not likely. But Adderal can cause teeth grinding (bruxisum) and a dry mouth, which can cause sores. You need to talk to your doc today cuz of extreme pain!

Good possibility: The jaw clenching and grinding of teeth, as well as nocturnal bruxism is a known side effect of Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). See your dentist for oral habit appliance fabrication.
