Unlikely: It's unlikely that biting the inside of the cheek would cause bruising that's visible from the outside. The mucosal lining of the mouth is actually very tough, and you'd have to bite through a very thick layer of mucosa to cause bleeding that'd be visible as a bruise from the outside.
