Repeat tests: for parasites and complete blood count and differential count, ova/parasites sometimes don't show up in just one stool analysis, also follow up blood tests, if eosinophils are still elevated despite that please see a hematologist, goodluck

Not sure: why is testing being done? Eosin count of WBC diff in range you state not in abnl range for child. Reactive abdominal nodes? Assuming CT scan of abdomen done, but why? Best to follow closely with your child's treating provider and pose your questions to her/him. This forum too limited to try and answer your question well. Sorry unable to help much.
