Need evaluation: Pneumonia is difficult to diagnose in a 4 year old without a chest x-ray. Typical symptoms would be cough, fever, vomiting, increase respiratory rate and decrease in activity or energy. A pneumonia could be viral, bacterial or even "atypical." especially with a history of asthma, further evaluation needed including check of pulse ox.
