Bleeding gum: It's normal for tissues to be inflamed when baby teeth are just lost. Have your dentist check the area to make sure there's no other reason for the bleeding.

Baby teeth: The primary (baby teeth) usualy come out on their own between five and seven years of age. The area remains a little bloody for a couple days after due to the tissue that was attached to the baby tooth. This is normal, if it is only a couple of days. Make sure the child is not traumatizing the area with a brush or other item. Rinse gently and often with warm salt water. See dds problem arises.

Perfectly normal: When baby teeth fall out a little of the pulpal tissues, which are very vascular, remains. Shouldlook just like surrounding tissue in48-72 hours. As your son is now 7 he should see a Specialist Orthodontist for a (usually free) Initial Examination. Orthodontists are Dento-Facial growth and development experts.
