Need exercise: Why can you not do exercise? Even with specific orthopedic problems, you can always do some sort of exercise even if not running or jumping. The first thing is diet - cut out sweets & meat, reduce dairy & grains, and eat more vegetables & fruit. Use very little oil and salt - very important. Then do exercise even if biking, yoga, etc. Without both diet & exercise, you will not lose weight.
