Try therapy: Anxiety is a treatable disorder and cognitive behavior therapy 'cbt' is proved to help. The medications listed do not appear to be mainstay meds or not studied for anxiety, please get evaluated, and psychiatrist might put you on a combination of meds and therapy.

Anxiety.: Agree w dr. Younos. Don't know you full medical history but see that you have had a right heart catheterization and you suffer from difficulty with breathing. Medical conditions can serve as triggers for panic/ anxiety or the conditions can mimic each other. Have you been medically evaluated recently to insure that your symptoms are not caused by or contributed to by a medical condition. Concur.
