Your decision: You should plan your meals around your schedule. Breakfast is very important in the am and dinner is important in the pm---both depend on how you schedule your day--with a mid-day meal as well as fruit snacks or yogurt as a snack. Hope this helps. Best not to go to sleep immediately after eating a major meal in order to let food have a chance to digest.
