Cough: Use delsym over the counter and use some chloroseptic to nbh the back of the throat. If you start coughing up colors then u need an antibiotic. Take Tylenol (acetaminophen) and Motrin for the pain and avoid alcohol. Drink plenty of fluids, water,at least 2 liter a day. Good luck and feel better.

Cepastat/Cepacol: Something that helps numb and soothe your throat like the above, gargling with warm salt water, putting a warm pack on your neck, hot tea with lemon can help you survive a cold. If your throat is so sore that you cannot eat or drink properly, have very bad breath, see a swelling in the back of your throat, or have white/yellow spots on the back of your throat, or cough up stuff --> SEE DR!!!
