Get checked: Itching can mean the ear needs to be cleaned out by the doctor or that you could have a fungal infection develop. You may need drops that contain a steroid or anti fungal drops (one safe for a perforated ear- not all are). Do try to keep the ear dry in the meantime. Best of luck.
