Have a gallbladder?: Don't know but gallbladder pain can start on the front on the right and go to the back but occasionally from front to back and usually always in the upper middle. It can radiate to the right shoulder and is worse when you are flat, and after eating a fatty meal and taking a deep breath. Constipation can mimic this pain described too. ( round, hard poop, straining ?).
