you could also have something called folliculitis or farunculosis. This can be caused by excessive sweating if you exercise a lot. I would see a dermatologist.

A 43-year-old member asked:

Should I be concerned that my skin has been itching throughout my pregnancy?

Yes: Most of the time this is related to dry skin in pregnancy, but there is a condition called cholestasis of pregnancy that could be the culprit. Cholestasis can be very concerning and can cause problems for the baby. Itchiness without a rash in pregnancy needs to be evaluated by your doctor. There's a lab test for bile acids that can be done to look for cholestasis.

Exercises or support: Exercises such as yoga, Pilates or physical therapy may help. There are support belts that may also help. The pelvic discomfort is related to relaxation of the tendons and ligaments that connect the bones of the pelvis to allow a baby to pass through.

Possibly: They are of two types. The leiomyoma occurs in the skin or gut but the common form is the uterine fibroid. Rhabdomyomas are rare tumors of muscles, they occur in childhood and often become malignant assuming this is a uterine fibroid, if it were in the proper anatomic location it could cause vascular compromise, nerve compression, pelvic cramping or even a referred pain pattern.

Several suggestions: Evaluate your routine to determine how long it takes before the discomfort begins. This will help you determine when to stand and stretch, do isometric exercises, or a combination of both. Evaluate your chair and if possible, obtain one that has at least three adjustment. Seat height, armrest, and lumbar.
