Bad breath plus: You sound dehydrated because your saliva is thick n sticky. The bitterness is from electrolyte imbalance from lack of fluids n nutrition. The black is decay and tarter. You probably have bloody toothbrush and mooith full of blood when you do brush. The yellow is the layers of plaque fromo inadequate and infrequent brushing. All that i've just listed will cause overwhelming bad breath!
