I almost always have a bitter taste in my mouth that gives me bad breath. but i have excellent oral hygiene. what is causing this?

Other sources: Must consider either sinus source or possibility of gastric reflux. Is your breath worse in the morning? May be having acid reflux while sleeping. Would consider exam by ENT and discussion of GERD with physician as well if source is not oral.
