Fat transfer : It may alter the shape of your legs but probably to a very small degree. Fat transfers to the face only require small amounts to see an effect, but to alter the shape of your legs would require a rather large amount. You would be better off exercising your legs and adding some muscle.

Helps contour: Fat transfer can help correct contour defects which bother you. The degree of change will depend on the degree of the problem. Your consultation with your plastic surgeon should address your concerns.

If: You like the shape of your legs, i would advise against fat transfer. It is best used to treat irregularities.

Fat Transfer: Of course it would change the shape of your leg that is if the transferred fat survives. If you have fat removed or transplanted, then you are trying to change the shape of the area being treated.
