Environement, genetic: We know than genetics paly a big role - especially with teh gentic marker hla-b-27 buy environmental exposures can be important in some of the reactive arthritis diagnoses. Is there anything you can do to to prevent it? If you ar e genetically prone - we don't know. In some of the reactive arthritis diagnoses - there is previous exposure to certain bacteria that play a role.
