Regular Exercise and moving towards being someoneone who does a moderate activity level of 5-6 times per week for 30-45 minutes each time is a good goal to shoot for. You don't have to reach that goal overnight. Find an activity you enjoy, and maybe begin 2-3 times per week and do the activity 15-20 minutes each time and slowly build up from there until you reach your goal!

Diet and exercise: In order to properly care for yourself you need to exercise about 5-6 times per week for at least 30-45 minutes. This does not have to be vigorous exercise. Simply walking, doing an exercise video, using an exercise video game on wii, xbox360 or kinect suffices as well and is fun. In terms of nutriton, you need to eat healthy (5 servings or more daily of fruits and vegetables) and drink water!
