SVT: If you have svt it can be converted by an IV injection. If its recurrent there are various choices for preventive meds available to your doctor. If the medications aren't adequate there is an ablation procedure that may be successful. There are several good medicines but the choice is by your doc with the knowledge of your individual factors.

A deep breath first: Take a deep breath and hold it for as long as you can to see if that can suppress it. Medications are rarely required... If all fails, talk to you doctor to be tested first...
