Rarely causes pain: It is uncommon to have pain as a symptom of leukemia. But if you have it then it is likely to be from the bones, most often from the pelvic/low back area. But you should know what type of leukemia you are dealing with(?) as there are 4 different types which can be either acute or chronic leukemia, with entirely different symptoms from one to the other(s).
