Cannabis & blood: Labs test for thc (tetrahydrocannabinol) rather than cannabis itself. This will be detectable in blood for only about 2 days. However, most agencies use urine to test for thc -- and it lasts a lot longer there. Depending on frequency of use, thc can be detectable in urine for 90 days.
