Time and abstinence: There really is no reliable way to "rid" your system of cannabis. Stop smoking, eat healthy, drink plenty of fluids and the rest will take care of itself.

NOT: There are lots of people online, selling kits that purport to "clear" cannabis from your system. They are not reliable, because cannabis' active ingredients are fat soluble and stay until your own system releases them through natural processes. Can't fool mother nature. I agree with dr. Reynolds that the best way to "clear" yourself of cannabis is to stop using it, period.
