A member asked:

I have lymph nodes for months, one lymph node going on a year, should i be worried?

It depends: Swollen lymph nodes occur commonly due to infections. If this is the reason they will not grow anymore after infection has resolved. So you do not need to worry about them as long as the node size is not increasing. If they show further enlargement and get to > 1-1.5cm in size then you need a physician to check them out, just to be sure they are not due to cancer. Caner related nodes will grow in.
