Get it checked: It all depends on the location and the size of the lymph node. If it is on the side of your neck and has been there for over a year then it is probably going to be okay but it depends on the size and how it feels with regards to the underlying tissue. This would be something worth going to your dr. To get checked out. It will give you peace of mind also.
