Technically the: Fasting (if a lab sugar) is in the prediabetes range, but not the post meal. However, why are you worried about that it's called. It's all a progression from obesity -> Insulin resistance -> pre diabetes -> true diabetes. Why wait for the name to change. Start to protect yourself now with education, diet, exercise, weight loss and prevention. Don't wait until after the fact.
