35 yo female. Spleen 13cm. Normal CBC. Total bili 1.5 direct 0.2. A1C 4.3. Blood smear showed mild spherocytosis. (Paternal uncle=Hered. Spherocytosis). Would HS cause enlarged spleen without anemia?
