Is it likely for your cbc to be normal if your spleen is enlarged?

Depends : Some spleens remove damaged red blood cells e.g. Sickle cells or spherocytes. Some remove platelets. Other conditions can cause enlarged spleens without the above and the CBC may be normal. Your doctor should be working on finding the exact cause.
