Not usually,: but there are uncommon conditions such as hereditary spherocytosis which can result in gallstones and splenomegaly. Also, viral inflammatory processes could potentially affect gallbladder function and also cause an enlarged spleen. But in any case, it is not the gallbladder problem that is causing the enlarged spleen, it is a separate process causing both. Of course, they may also be unrelated.
