Stop worrying: Food choices aren't the key to health. Eat sensibly. Try to avoid large amounts of very sugary, very salty, and very greasy stuff. Don't criticize others' food choices and don't accept criticism from others. Get out and exercise heavily. It's a great gift to give yourself. Best wishes.
