Skin health: Diet matters. Eat balanced, mostly unrefined, unprocessed foods. For protein, egg whites, quinoa, soy, white fish, very lean poultry breast or sirloin. Eat no more than 4 oz of any meat /day. NO animal=NO saturated fats. Only polyunsaturated fats, plant oils. NO refined, processed carbs. Only whole fruits, veggies, whole grains -- mostly oatmeal and brans. Load w antioxidants=fruit-veg. Eat nuts.
