Sure....: Being physically active is a good thing for virtually any person. While patients with sickle cell disease may need to pay closer attention to things that others take for granted (eg., staying hydrated during physical activity) one can engage in vigorous activity like dancing with sickle cell disease. Listen to your body and follow its cues. You'll never know what you can accomplish until you try.

Yes: You can participate in any physical activities you want with sickle cell disease. You just need to make sure you don't become dehydrated which could trigger a painful crisis.
