Poor digestion: Many people are sensitive to common foods, "healthy" or not. Glutenous grains (wheat being the most common), dairy, eggs, soy and peanuts are common ones. Also, many people may lack adequate acid and enzymes to digest many healthy foods which are more complex. Higher intake of fiber from healthy foods also can cause gas also due to enzyme and benifical bacteria deficiency.
