Food: Some food can cause the problem. You can pay attention to which specific food you ate and cause it and try to avoid. If symptom persist and you can not really tell what kind the food cause it, then there's problem you should see a doctor.

Some thoughts...: As the other doctor answered, i'd try to pay attention to what foods you are eating. Some people's stomachs just can't handle certain foods, caffeine, etc. And this can change over time. If you can't find any food associations, and say it continues past 2-3 weeks, then that's the time to have a checkup with your doctor.
