Many foods can cause: Bloating: dairy products if lactose intolerant; fried/fatty/greasy foods if have gallbladder problems; beans & other legumes; cruciferous veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, cabbage); cucumbers & other members of melon family. Can try otc products like beano & lactaid (before meal) or simethicone (gas-x, after meal). If still a problem see doc. If associated w/ menses, see gyn.
